Citrus & Sage Tallow Body Cream

Our Citrus & Sage tallow body cream is infused with organic grapefruit peel, orange peel, and sage which deeply nourishes, softens, and protects the natural skin barrier.

The smell of this cream is floral, not tangy as traditional citrus products may smell. By naturally infusing real citrus peels, the smell is not what you would expect - It has so many more layers! This cream captures the light tropical smell of citrus but adds a floral and herbal twist with the element of sage. 

Our body creams have a base of tallow, jojoba oil and shea butter - 3 main ingredients that boost hydration, reduce redness and inflammation, and pack your skin with antioxidants. Our body cream formulations are meant to be used anywhere on the body. 

Tallow's fatty acid profile is similar to the oil which is naturally produced by our skin, making it a gentle and compatible moisturizer  and protector that has been shown to soothe dry skin, eczema, rosacea, and psoriasis. Tallow contains natural retinol, and linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid that can moisturize, plump, and fight inflammation.

Our tallow is grass fed & finished, and pasture raised with no antibiotics or hormones, the way nature intended.

Jojoba oil is non-irritating, easily absorbed by our skin (non-greasy), hydrating, and has anti-inflammatory properties. Jojoba oil is also what we call a humectant, attracting water from the air to the skin, hydrating and soothing your skin as soon as it's applied.These naturally occurring ingredients boost the production of collagen and leave your skin feeling soft and dewy. 

Shea butter is known to help with several skin conditions inculding eczema, dermatitis, and burns. It moisturizes and soothes your skin with vitamins A and E, which promotes skin cell regeneration and also helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Castor oil is a miracle worker in skincare. It quite literally softens and soothes everything it touches. It reduces stretch marks, soothes sunburns, helps heals wounds, loads your skin with Vitamin E, and has many antioxidant properties.

No essential oils

Directions:

Melt a small amount of cream in your palms and massage into body. A little goes a long way. For best results, apply to damp skin.

The consistency of our creams are temperature based. Store in a cool dry place. Avoid allowing water into the jar as this may introduce bacteria and spoil the cream.
